How to Enjoy Virtual Sanctuary to the Fullest!

Since the Spiritual Sanctuary relies on the Adobe Flash player to function properly, we suggest you install the latest version of Adobe Flash. Your instructions for that can be found here.

Instructions to Enter Virtual Sanctuary
Click on Link to Enter Room
Before you enter room, please make sure that Skype, Facetime or any other program that uses your webcam is closed, not just minimized.
You will be brought to the log in page
Enter Your name in the box and click "Log In Button"
Click on the "Green Button" to start to web cam
If Using Google Chrome: Click on the "Continue Button" to use headphones/microphone
Click "Allow Button" in pop-up box
Look to see that both mic and camera buttons are green (on).
Please turn off your microphone until you are ready to speak. Then, turn it back off when you are done speaking.
Type greetings in chat box (No external links, please.)
During share time, click on "Raise Hand" and then wait to be called upon
Click on "Questions Button" and type questions in box
When leaving room, just close tab in browser

Follow These Instructions to Run the Install Program. You will be prompted to close your browswer so do so now. Your download file may look like this in your task bar. You may also go to your downloads file and see the file. Double click this file to start the upgrad process.
You will see the program installing with a screen that looks like this.
Your browser will repoen and you will have a screen that looks like this. Adobe Flash is now updated. Close this tab and enjoy Adobe Flash!

In order to not experience reverberation when using your microphone in the Virtual Sanctuary, Google Chrome users will need to do the following steps:
Open new tab and copy and past this link into browser: chrome://plugins
When the plugins page comes up, in the first section, click dash to expand.
Click the DISABLE button for “Pepper Flash”.
Compare with the image below to make sure you are disabling the correct plugin. The link should read ENABLE now. Ignore everything else on the page. Close tab.

Webcam w/microphone – ensure relevant drivers are installed. If your computer detects the device, Watchitoo will be able to as well. You do not need a webcam to participate. Make sure that the device is not being used by another program while connecting it to Watchitoo.
