Whenever I begin to feel overwhelmed, I take time to remember that I am not alone and lay down my burdens onto the Living Spirit that is everything. I allow my Faith, instead of my shoulders, to carry anything that may seem heavy. I drink from the Infinite spring of Love and nourish myself for the next part of my journey. Once I feel unburdened, I continue forward, refreshed, rested and joyous.
Some days, I awaken feeling light and unburdened. Some days, I have to rest and remind myself often. Either way, I am enlightened every time I remember that I am One with the Living Spirit that is All.
YANA-You Are Not Alone. Let your burdens be consumed by the fire of faith in the Living Spirit.
First off I want to say awesome blog! I had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your head before writing. I have had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there.
Hi Gay;
I do my best writing early in the morning, between 4 to 5 AM, before the day’s stuff invades me. That makes it easier. Also, I take long walks in the mountains to quiet myself. I hope this helps.
